These are the terms for playing Market Pop, a free-to-play match-3 puzzle game made by Innoedge Technologies Limited, on the web, iOS, Android and Discord.
By creating an account or playing Market Pop, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Market Pop. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. A parent must give verifiable consent before a player under 13 can make any purchase — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
Market Pop gives you a free guest account automatically the first time you play, tied to your device. You can link an email, Apple, Google or Discord sign-in to reach the same account from another device. Market Pop has no passwords — sign-in is by a one-time email link or through those providers. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself and for what happens through your account. If your account is in COPPA mode (under 13), some features — purchases, friend search, joining open teams — are switched off until a parent verifies, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Gems, coins, boosters, costumes and anything else inside Market Pop ("virtual items") are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them within the game for as long as it operates. Virtual items:
We can change, rebalance or retire virtual items or in-game currency. If we ever have to end Market Pop or your access to it, you won't be owed anything for virtual items you haven't used.
Purchases on iOS go through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms and payment methods; on Android, through Google Play under Google's terms; on the web, through Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy, and payment is handled by the store or by Stripe, not by us directly. Market Pop currently sells only one-off purchases — gem packs, a starter pack, a market bundle, and gem-priced cosmetics. There are no subscriptions and no passes. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; see our Support page for links.
Market Pop is partly supported by ads: rewarded ads you always choose to watch for an in-game reward, and, from level 15 on, occasional ads between rounds. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob (iOS/Android) or Google H5 Games Ads (web) and are also subject to Google's own terms. If you've ever bought something in Market Pop, you won't see ads between rounds. We may change how, when or whether ads are shown.

Market Pop has no free-text chat: team messages are a fixed set of preset messages only, so there's no open conversation to moderate — just the names and preset messages the game gives you the option to send. We can warn, suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, at our discretion, and reverse rewards obtained by cheating.
Market Pop — its code, art, music, levels, writing and design — belongs to Innoedge Technologies Limited or its licensors. These terms don't give you any right to it beyond playing the game as they allow. Anything you create inside the game, like a shop layout or a chosen name, stays subject to these terms, and you grant us the right to store, display and show it to other players as part of running the game normally.
Market Pop is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever, and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, Innoedge Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Market Pop, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or a nominal amount, if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (in the app: Settings → Delete Account). We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, or if we need to shut down or change the game; where we reasonably can, we'll give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including virtual items having no cash value, and the limitation of liability — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn't take away any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country you live in that can't be waived.
We may update these terms as Market Pop changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app.
