Tell us your platform (web, iOS, Android or Discord) and, if you can, your in-game name — it helps us find your account fast.
If you bought something and it didn't show up, first check your connection and reopen Market Pop — purchases are delivered automatically the next time the app reaches our servers. If it's still missing after a few minutes:

Market Pop saves your progress to an account on our servers — but a fresh install starts as a brand-new guest account until you sign in. To make sure you can always get your progress back, link an email, Apple, Google or Discord sign-in (in Settings) before you switch phones, reinstall, or clear your browser. Once you've linked a sign-in, using it again on any device brings back the same account and progress.
If you never linked a sign-in and lost the device, we're not able to recover a guest account — there's no password or username that proves it was yours.
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. Your account is scheduled for deletion, and everything about it — progress, purchase history, social connections — is permanently erased within 30 days. A few records, like purchase receipts, are kept but stripped of anything that identifies you, for tax and accounting reasons. If you'd signed in with Apple, that authorization is revoked at the same time. This can't be undone once the 30 days pass, so make sure it's what you want. Can't open the app, or don't have it installed any more? Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. Write from the email address linked to it, or tell us which sign-in you used (Apple, Google or Discord) so we can find it. We confirm the request with you and erase the account in the same way, within 30 days. A guest account that was never linked to a sign-in can only be deleted from inside the app, because nothing else proves it is yours.
Virtual items have no cash value and purchases are non-refundable except where the law, or the store's own policy, says otherwise — see our Terms of Service.
Market Pop is free to play and partly supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose to watch one for a reward. From level 15 on, you may also see occasional ads between rounds; these are capped so they don't interrupt often, and you won't see any once you've ever bought something in the game.
